Featured Sequence
Because there is no audio instruction, the sequence slideshow feature works best once you have viewed the videos enough times to understand how to perform each exercise optimally.
Begin by setting the amount of time that you'd like to exercise.
Select Total Exercise Time to set the duration based on how much time in total you'd like to spend exercising for this session.
Select Time Per Individual Exercise to set the duration based on how much time you'd like to spend on each exercise within the sequence.
Membership Feature: If you have played this slideshow sequence before, you can easily play it again with your previously chosen options by selecting Play to begin from the start or Resume to begin from where you left off.
Select play to commence your slideshow sequence. Repetitions of start and end positions for each exercise will display until your desired time has elapsed.
Select the full screen button for optimal viewing. Full screen on mobile devices works best by using our web app.
Select the next sound button for a sound to alert once a new exercise has begun.
Navigate and pause/play with the buttons below the slideshow.
The current exercise is highlighted at the bottom of the page. Scroll horizontally through this area to view the previous and upcoming exercises. Select any photo to skip to that exercise.
Select the star icon to add an exercise to your favorites.
Select the circled plus icon to add an exercise to another sequence.
Select the name of the exercise to navigate to its individual page which has the photos, video, text description, and ability to add a note.
Your progress is continuously saved. You will be able to resume from where you left off if you close the window or navigate away from this page.
